Since the change in cold weather, Urban Valley has experienced extreme traffic delays throughout the Lower Mainland which have caused interruptions to our Same Day Service. The weather forecast currently predicts snow fall for the next 4 to 5 days with continued freezing temperatures thereafter.

Our goal is to ensure that all shipments are delivered on-time, however with the extreme delays that we are currently experiencing and foreseeing further delays because of the snow fall, we will not be able to guarantee our Same Day Service at this time. Our recommendation to all our customers, to support on-time delivery, is to book your orders as early as possible each day or even a day prior. Our dispatch team will be doing everything possible to ensure on-time delivery and inform any customers if an order will not be delivered before the end of the day however we would like to ask for your understanding and patience during these extreme road conditions.
